Everything was amazing and the staff were fabulous

Terrible service.I have to wait 30minutes when i picked up my order that i placed online. Its christmas so they said its busy , they should have anticipated that, but should not accept order more than they can accomodate. They said 10 minutes more but ended up waiting half hour.
